Christian conservatives attack Kay Jewelers for showing gay couple in ad

Conservative Christians are outraged that a new jewelry commercial shows a gay couple kissing.

One Million Moms, a project of the anti-LGBTQ hate group America Family Association, is taking issue with an ad from Kay Jewelers that shows several couples kissing, and one of the couples is two men who have a small child.

The ad, according to OMM, “attempts to normalize sin by featuring two homosexual men together with their young son.”

“This ad is inappropriate on so many levels and is clearly attempting to desensitize viewers,” OMM said on their site. “Promoting same-sex relationships has nothing to do with marketing jewelry. Yet Kay Jewelers wants to make it clear where they stand on this controversial topic, instead of remaining neutral in the culture war.”

“One Million Moms must remain diligent. Scripture says multiple times that homosexuality is wrong, and God will not tolerate this sinful nature.”
