Spike, the newcomer who swept the latest GAVNs, will
lead an all-star cast of nearly a dozen Rascal Video stars during
Pillage & Plunder, an all-gay cruise from Tampa Bay to Key West
November 30-December to benefit Pride Tampa Bay. |

Spike, who works primarily with the infamous Chi Chi LaRue,
captured several awards at this year's GAVNs, including Best Newcomer and
Best Performer.
Ironically, it was LaRue who discovered Spike during a mainstream
photo shoot. LaRue had seen Spike on the cover of Indulge
and was impressed. A few days later, while working on the shoot, Spike
walked in as the assistant. He was soon the title performer in All Word's
Spiked. Spike's other video work includes Jock Studios trilogy
Stock, Sentenced and Released, and Falcon Studios' Bad
Behavior.
The cruise begins Thursday, November 28, when the ship departs Port
Manatee. That evening, Flawless co-star and Hype screenwriter Jackie Beat
will awe passengers with her unique vocal and comic talents.
The ship--the MV Regal Empress--will arrive at Key West at noon on
Friday, Dec. 1 so passengers can enjoy the shops, restaurants, guest
houses and bars that have made the island famous.
That
night, Wigstock founder Lady Bunny will spin a Trash Disco Party on
the ship's pool deck where Regal Cruises and Garciga Travel have
constructed a special flooring that covers the pool, transforming
the entire deck into an outdoor dance floor.
After a day of poolside games, passengers will be treated
Saturday night to one of Bunny's nightclub acts, followed by LaRue
leading the Rascal boys in a "show-it-all" extravaganza on the Pool
Deck. |

The full contact show made headlines during the inaugural cruise
and with LaRue in the driver's seat, organizers expect to top last year's
performance. After the show, the party will continue with L.A. sensation
Brett Henrichsen of MasterBeat spinning.
On land, a Bon Voyage Party is scheduled at Tampa's Baxter's Lounge
on Wednesday, November 28, and a closing party at Benders in St.
Petersburg on Sunday, Dec. 3.
Spike will also be starring in Rascal's next blockbuster video,
which will be filmed on the cruise and directed by LaRue.
Cabins are available, but going fast. Last year's crowd of 650 has
already been met and Pride is expecting a sell-out.
Fares start as low as $429 per person. For reservations, call
Garciga Travel at 1-800-881-3600 (outside Tampa Bay) or (813) 414-9933
(within Tampa Bay). Airline discounts are also available and more
information is available at http://www.pillageandplunder.org/.
