London, England—As high expectations for the Gay Day at the Millennium Dome on Saturday, February 12 continue to grow, Millennium Dome officials added their message of welcome.

The London Gay Men's Chorus organized the day as a chance for gay men and lesbians, with their friends and families, to visit the Dome for a 'Pink Party'. Arrangements were made following the involvement of the chorus in the Dome Opening Ceremony on New Year's Eve.

A Dome official said:

"We are delighted to welcome the return of The London Gay Men's Chorus and their friends, who had a great time with us on New Year's Eve, and the fact that they have passed the message on that the Dome offers One Amazing Day out is truly encouraging. We applaud both their enterprise and their spontaneous show of support".

"We are of course only too happy to welcome anyone to the Dome, we take great pride in the warmth of the reception we give all our guests. This will not be an Gay and Lesbian Day, since it is entirely organized by keen supporters.
