Santa Rosa Diocese, California--Bishop G. Patrick Ziemann, who was forced to resign in July after tainting the Roman Catholic Church with a major scandal which rocked the diocese of Santa Rosa, California, has, for the first time apologized for what he then called “consensual” behavior with another priest and his “mismanagement” of 16 million dollars.

The priest, who brought his accusations against the Bishop into court, said that the affair between the two clerics had not, in fact, been consensual, but that he'd been “coerced.”
