at Tampa Voter Reform Hearing |

"There were just 27 people in the room as compared to the over 80 yesterday at Jacksonville's hearing. "There were also the St. Petersburg Times and three TV stations, and a few more media. The Florida Times-Union in Jacksonville failed to cover that city's meeting yesterday. "There were only four speakers ahead of me and they were all very short presentations, and only a few to speak after me. "When I was called up, I introduced myself as Bob Kunst from Miami Beach and also a candidate for Governor in the Democratic Primary. I noted that Wednesday was the first anniversary of this stolen election and that I was expressing my desire to protest what had happened. There were several grunts from the audience. "The audience was smaller than Jacksonville's, but still larger than Miami's with four, Orlando's with four, and Tallahassee's with zero in attendance. This Tampa hearing seemed more for the benefit of Katherine Harris so she could pretend that something's being done, instead of dealing with what really happened in 2000.
"By this time one guy shouted at me from the audience that he didn't want to hear a political speech, and I said, 'I have a right to speak and provide information so that this election isn't stolen again.' " 'All that's changed is different machines and this time no paper trail, but the same gang that did it last time is going to do it again.' "Then the shouting began not to allow me to speak and finish. Mind you, there were three hours of hearings scheduled and only a handful left to speak, but I was being cut down. Then this Hispanic guy with the Authority Building, tells me to shut up, and Amy Tucks with the State doesn't want anything to be said, except comments on Voter reform and Recount, which is all the State of Florida wants to discuss with nothing else to be brought up......and so the cover-up continues! "Grandma Jan and Mauricio, both who were arrested on June 5, 2001 at Tampa's Legends Field, when Bush was in town, were in the audience to bear witness to this exchange, and more. "But they didn't see what happened later and don't know what has happened to me, since I wasn't allowed to go back and to meet with them again. "I went out into the hallway to talk with two women, who are very interested in what I had to say, but because I didn't want to disrupt the hearings we'd stepped just outside the door. "Then a man being interviewed by TV and who challenged me not to discuss anything but what the state was asking for, and he and I had an exchange of views. "Now another guy calls over security and he and I go outside and this African-American lady is with us and we are talking and I explain everything to them, while a reporter from WMNF Radio comes out to give me his card, and I give him both this reporter and the woman my campaign literature. "Meanwhile this security guy, now calls the Sheriff's office and Officer Pisano arrives and doesn't even ask me what happened but demands that I leave the premises. "And I try to explain why I'm there, and he's now threatening me with arrest if I say one more thing about anything. "I say: 'This is what we are fighting in Afghanistan for?' and he says: 'People like you should be sent over there to fight.' "I shook my head and I asked if I could let my friends know that I was leaving and he threatened that one more word from me and I'd be arrested. "And so this is what the struggle is all about. I'm now about a half mile from the event and am calling you from the Tampa University Library and this has me now NOT as angry as before, but very saddened about all of this. "This is my 180th event/protest since November 7, 2000. "Its been a very nasty experience. The election thieves really want to keep the whole election theft issue under wraps. "This is part of a nasty Tampa energy on these issues that I haven't experienced anywhere else, and never from anyone is the half dozen times I've been here to talk about it. "While only a few were bent out of shape about what I had to say, that is still my right at a public hearing to challenge what is the fraud and misrepresentation that allowed this Stolen Election, that terrorized our nation on November 7, 2000, and today I experienced another aspect of that terrorism. "I drove two hundred miles for this? And yesterday another 350 miles? "And does anyone really give a rat's ass? "Actually, this makes me enraged and I will file a report with the Sheriff's Office on this abusive Officer Pisano, and put it on his record. "Oh America, what has happened to you?" Tuesday: Bob Kunst to be Featured on Meria Heller
True patriots having their freedom of speech and expression suppressed. Unless America wakes up to what is happening here, none of us will be free. As long as injustice exists anywhere in the world, freedom is just an illusion. I'm sure you'll want to hear his firsthand report for yourself. As we continue to lose our rights, and our freedoms, the records of Governor Bush are sealed, and he is passing legislation to do the same for all Presidents back to Reagan. If this sounds "fair" to anyone of awareness, please explain it to me. Much love to all of you, Meria Heller |
