General Hospital actor booted from show after anti-trans comments about Dr. Rachel Levine

After 25 years, actor Ingo Rademacher will no longer appear on General Hospital after posting bigoted comments about out trans Assistant Secretary for Health Dr. Rachel Levine.

On his Instagram story, Rademacher reposted a tweet written by conservative podcast host Allie Beth Stuckey in which she referred to Levine as a “dude” and mocked the idea that she could be seen as an empowering woman.

According to Showbiz 411, the repost could have been the final straw for the actor, who has been expressing his anti-vaccine opinions on social media and lashing out at fans who called for him to be fired, referring to them as “bigots” and “morons.”

Rademacher’s departure from the General Hospital was revealed on Twitter by his costar Nancy Lee Grahn who has also been on the show for the past 25 years.
